What are the opening hours of the Spa?
The Spa is open from 10:00 A.M. to10:00 P.M. |

What should I wear to the Spa?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We will provide you with a bathrobe, pyjamas and slippers. |
Should I make a reservation in advance?
Yes, either visit the spa and make a reservation for your treatment with a spa receptionist or phone to Tel: 66 76 310 600. Fax : 66 76 310 630. |

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before check-in and change. You are welcome to come earlier and use the Steam, Jacuzzi and showers if you wish to relax before your treatment. |
Should men shave before the facial?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial. |

Where do I change clothes?
You may either change in the spa's locker rooms where we will provide you wish a locker key or in your private suite. |
What if I have special health consideration?
Please notify our Spa Manager or Spa receptionists when you make your reservation if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other physical ailments or disabilities. If you are concerned about anything, please let us know. |
What about my comfort?
This is your time in the spa and you should delight in it as much as possible. Whether the room is too hot, the music is too loud, the lights too bright or the pressure of the massage uncomfortable?E.just let us know. |
What if I am late for an appoinment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. |
What do I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, wear what you feel is most comfortable for you. We provide special pyjamas for Thai Massage. |

Who can help me decide how to choose my treatment?
Our Spa Manager or Spa receptionist will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatment. Spa packages are specially designed to offer you a selection of our most popular spa treatment. |
What if I need to make a cancellation?
Please cancel your reservation at least 3 hours in advance. Guest who do not do so will automatically be charge 50 % of the reserved treatment. |

What about payment?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. You may also charge your treatments to your room. |
What about my valuables?
Please leave them in your room. The spa will not assume any liabilities.
